VM6 Software releases VMex 3.0 with full Cluster H/A with only 2 nodes.

There is no more need for a witness cluster node to be fully H/A, announced Claude Goudreault, CEO and Founder of VM6 Software. VMex 3.0 is the easiest Cluster anyone can install. As soon as you install the first node, the Cluster is created. Just add another node to the Cluster, there is no additional configuring.

You can administer and monitor all your Virtual machines in the VMex infrastructure from a single interface from anywhere. Create, migrate from 1 node to another, all without the need of a SAN or complex networking.

Like most health care organizations, storage is critical to Central Plains Eye MDs. The clinic’s data is growing rapidly and requires high-availability systems and long-term retention. Unlike larger firms, it does this without a physical storage area network (SAN) or a dedicated IT staff.

Central Plains Eye MDs uses 24 Dell servers and Dell PowerVault direct-attached storage (DAS) with Microsoft Hyper-V hypervisors and VM6 Software to replicate between servers.
